Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are happy with your ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know.

You can return products bought on this website halcyon.uk.com within 30 days of delivery. To do so please contact our Web Sales Team by calling 020 3927 8400 or emailing halcyon.sales@gmail.com quoting your order number and detailing the product/s you wish to return.

Our terms for refunds are as follows:

• The product must be unused and in a re-sellable condition
• Special order or cut-to-size products will not be refunded
• You will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding delivery charges)

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these terms are not complied with.

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. Please call 020 3927 8400 or email halcyon.sales@gmail.com to arrange a collection or to return the item/s.
